What is Comprehensive Community Services?
In Dane County, Wisconsin, Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) is a voluntary, community-based program that provides psychosocial rehabilitation services funded by the state of Wisconsin. CCS is intended to help individuals improve emotional well-being, develop coping skills, strengthen relationships, increase independence, and reduce barriers that interfere with daily life. Caring Connection, LLC. is a Dane County CCS Service Provider.
Caring Connection's Approach
Services are collaborative and tailored to the individual. Each person works with a team to identify priorities, build on strengths, and create a treatment plan that reflects their own goals for recovery, stability, and quality of life.
Caring Connection LLC. provides services for the Dane County Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program. Eligibility for the Dane County CCS program is determine through a screen and enrollment process. In general, individuals may qualify when they meet the following criteria:

Reside in Dane County, Wisconsin

Eligible for Medical Assistance insurance (BadgerCare)

Have a mental health or substance use diagnosis

Have a functional limitation in one or more major life area related to mental health or substance use needs

Have a need for psychosocial rehabilitation services

Must have a current physician prescription for services
